TANAZYM™ M2C is an enzyme mixture containing surfactants. It decomposes starch sizes through enzymatic activity. The enzyme is particularly stable so it can easily be used in combination with chelating agents. It also has far lower sensitivity to acids and alkalis than conventional alpha-amylase products and effectively removes other types of size and size blends.
As well as having high wetting capacity, TANAZYM™ M2C has good scouring and emulsifying properties.
