Intelligent pre-treatment system based on an acid stable enzyme formulation for combined desizing and bioscouring during the acid demineralisation of cellulosic fibres and cellulosic blends.
TANAZYM™ ID is a low temperature stable enzyme formulation and especially developed for the environmental-friendly pre-treatment of cellulosic fibres and cellulosic blends without damaging the fibres. It should be applied under strong acidic conditions (pH 2,5 – 4,0) and can easily replace the use of high levels of caustic in subsequent alkaline boiling-off or subsequent bleaching.
The AC-ID system (PLEXENE® AC and TANAZYM™ ID) simplifies textile processing (low temperature, no heating required) and makes desizing processes and subsequent bleaching more reliable.
TANAZYM™ ID is an enzyme formulation for the enzymatic removal of starch-based sizes with a simultaneous bioscouring (enzymatic scouring).
