A new enzyme technology for combined peroxide removal and biopolishing in dyeing and full white.

Biopolishing is the process to remove the loose protruding hairs from fabric by the application of an enzyme to the fabric followed by exposing it to a certain amount of mechanical action. This process allows for a clean surface that imparts luster, brightness and a softer hand feel.

TANAZYM™ HYB is a new enzyme technology designed specifically to use for combined peroxide removal, bioblasting, and biopolishing of cotton, cotton blends, rayon and rayon blends to produce excellent de-pilling with softening with less physical strength loss and reduce color loss.

TANAZYM™ HYB allows biopolishing to be done in the same bath as dyeing and it can also be applied on full white as bleach clean-up and biopolishing.
