Auxiliary for the demineralisation of impurities in natural cellulosic fibres.
PLEXENE®AE 01 is an excellent auxiliary for dispersing and extracting impurities in cellulosic fibres and calcium and magnesium compounds. At the same time, it improves the absorbency and whiteness of the fibres.
Acid demineralisation with PLEXENE®AE 01 followed by peroxide bleaching with wetting and washing agents can normally be used instead of a combined hypochlorite/peroxide bleaching. PLEXENE®AE 01 also reduces incrustation with Ca compounds.
