Softening agent, anti-static properties on acrylics.
PERSOFTAL® WKF Liquid 01 can be applied on all units commonly used in the textile industry, including jets. Slightly higher foaming may occur under some conditions. This can be prevented by adding: 0,2 0,4 g/l RESPUMIT® NF 01.
PERSOFTAL® WKF Liquid 01 can be applied when dyeing acrylic fibres (B, W and ST types). To obtain a good anti-static effect, which is necessary for spinning, or to regulate the adhesion/slipping properties of the fibres, the goods should be treated after with TANASTAT® HA.
PERSOFTAL® WKF Liquid 01 is suitable for the production of polyester needlefelt. It does not cause corrosion of metal components (e.g. combing pins or needle bars).
