Product Stewardship & Regulatory Specialist (Thailand)

The Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for setting-up and maintaining an APAC PSRA organization according to continuous changing regulations and legislations and carrying the responsibility for the legal and commercial compliance regarding Health, Safety and Environment for the products produced and sold or otherwise brought to the market by company.

A few of your work-activities and responsibilities

  1. Compliance with national and international legislation and commercial regulations and requirements.
  • Take care that all products produced and sold are in compliance with national and international legislation and regulations for the use commercially and technically advised. 

2. Compliance with commercial regulations and requirements

  • Take care that our certifications, registrations and declarations comply with customer requirements.

3. Applied knowledge and expertise

  • Applying specific knowledge and expertise of regulatory, chemical and technical nature to organize and improve aspects in relation with safety, health and environment for the products produced and sold.

4. Advise & support

  • Gives asked and unsolicited advise on current and relevant QHES topics of regulatory technical, chemical and organisational nature regarding the products produced and sold, so that responsible problem owners are supported in their problem solving, and the results of the entire organization are positively influenced.

5. Ad hoc projects as assigned

What we are looking for in you

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Science, Chemical Industrial, Occupational Health Safety and Environmental or a similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar function and international environment.
  • Education in the preparation of MSDS-es, hazardous and transport labelling.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Independent.
  • Good communicative skills and capable of communication with people with various fields of expertise and on all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
