To strengthen our team, we are looking for a part-time Customer & Logistics Service Representative
Role Description
TANATEX Chemicals USA is looking for a self-motivated customer service representative in our Charlotte (North Carolina) office. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, maintaining customer records, and improving customer experiences through effective communication and service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring high-quality Customer Service Representatives
- Responsibilities include, preparing documentation, arranging transportation and invoicing, basic accounting practice
- Available for 20 hours per week
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in the textile or chemical industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
