TANATEX takes next step towards global leadership in textile chemicals

TANATEX Chemicals B.V. announced today it will now be offering its customers the complete range of Transfar-branded textile chemicals, in addition to its own portfolio.

3 years ago, Tanatex became part of the Transfar Chemicals Group, the number 1 supplier of textile chemicals in China. Transfar is known as the benchmark in textile auxiliaries, especially in classical textiles, whereas Tanatex is seen as leader of sustainable solutions in functional finishing, digital printing and in performance coatings.

“Our customers are asking for an integrated market approach” says Mr. Michael Zhou, CEO of the Transfar Chemicals Group. “They want to make use of the complete portfolio, expertise and service that we offered as separate companies. Now customers will be able to access both brands from one place.”

With this move, Tanatex customers will gain access to more than 3000 specialty textile chemicals from one place, that can cater to virtually every conceivable customer need. This provides the customer with the convenience and efficiency of being able to deal with one supplier/service provider for most or all of his needs.
