Levelling and reserving agent for dyeing of polyamide fibres and polyamide/wool blends.

Anionic levelling agent with strong affinity to the polyamide fibre. Very good levelling of dyes on polyamide fibre with tendency to bariness. Dyeing of wool/polyamide with sulfonated dyes. Excellent reserving effect of the polyamide fibre within the polyamide/wool blend.

MESITOL® AS

Auxiliary to improve the wet fastness of polyamide fibres. Reserving agent for dyeing polyamide/wool blends.

Stable to acid. Low foaming. Reserves PA fibres from direct dyes in one-bath dyeing with CEL fibres. Does not impair light fastness. Improves the wet fastness of dyeings on PA with all common dye classes. Use in resist printing, especially printing of PA carpets. Not sensitive to residual lubricants on the goods.

  • It can be exhaust applied to the fabric during the normal manufacturing process and no additional steps are required.
  • ZPTECH® is compatible with auxiliaries. Works well with moisture management, repellents and softeners.
  • Applications include polyester, polyester-cotton blends, polyester-elastane blends, nylon and poly-urethane foam.
  • In testing,  Microban ZPTECH® remained effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria after 50 or more typical home launderings.
