TANACID™ NAC
Concentrated, non-volatile neutralizing agent for bleached, mercerized and dyed substrates
Very good neutralization of residual alkali even inside fibers
More effective neutralization than with volatile acids such as acetic acid and formic acid
Enhances the whiteness of bleached articles
Meets the specifications set by Öko-Tex Standard
Very good biodegradability
TANACID™ UNA
Concentrated neutralizing agent for bleached, mercerized and dyed substrates.
- Very good neutralization of residual alkali even into the core of the fibers
- More effective neutralization than with pure volatile acids such as acetic acid and formic acid
- Enhances the whiteness of bleached articles
- When low set-pH’s are necessary, like in neutralizing mercerized fabrics
- When short wash-off ranges are present (with less neutralizing effects by the water in the first units)
TANAFINISH™ 40119
TANA®FINISH 40119 is an anti-slip finishing agent for all types of fibre that enables anti-pilling and anti-snag finishing.
Silica sol for anti-slip, anti-pilling and anti-snag finishes to improve seam resistance
little impact on handle.
Basically resistant to washing and dry cleaning
TANALUBE® FF
Polimeric Anti crease agent
Very good gliding properties ensure excellent running properties
Stable up to a temperature of 135°C
Suitable for all kind of fibres particularly for synthetics such as polyester and polyamide
Suitable for us on Jet dyeing machines
Reduces the friction between metal and substrate
TANAPAL® SW-LF 01
Low foaming agent for the post treatment of wool, silk and polyamides which have been printed using acid, metal complex and reactive dyes
- Very good dispersal of unfixed dyestuffs and thickeners
- Superb reservation of the printed ground
- A high level of fastness
- Brilliant shades and very good colour contrast
- Very low foaming and can therefore be used in systems with high turbulence
TANAPUR™ VELLUTO
Special polyurethane finishing agent, able to provide unique handle effects and moisture management properties to textiles.
EXCELLENT HANDLE EFFECTS
Creates luxurious, smooth handle effects, improving drape. Excellent choice for raised fabrics, providing a smooth and even appearance.
MOISTURE MANAGEMENT
Due to its hydrophilic character, the treated article has improved moisture absorption and faster evaporation. Providing comfort to the wearer.
TANAPUR™ ONE
Soft and flexible self-crosslinking polyurethane to upgrade the quality of your textiles.
- Fine distribution over and penetration into the fabric
- Yields durable hydrophilic finishes on all fibres
- Improves abrasion resistance
- Suitable in pre-treatment processes to protect the fabric during wet processes
- Is over-dyeable
TANASPERSE® MDA 01
Dispersing agent with higher buffering capacity for desizing synthetic fibers.
- Removes polyester and acrylic sizes under the same conditions so a fresh bath is not required
- Excellent soil bonding capacity
- Strong buffering capacity for the right to desize PES and Acrylates sizes
- Excellent hardness dispersing capacity
TANATERGE® ADVANCE
Concentrated highly effective wetting agent/detergent for pretreating all types of textiles
Very good detergency with respect to fatty and oily contaminants in the prescour and bleach
Very good wetting power
Suitable for removing preparations and watersoluble sizing agents
Good absorbency of scoured goods
Very good solubility in both cold and hot water, no gelling effect
TANATERGE® LFN 01
Universal, low-foaming, biodegradable detergent for prescouring of synthetic fabric
Excellent emulsifier for removal of greasy and oily soil
Suitable for removing water-soluble and dispersable sizes
High dispersion capacity, retains dirt in a very fine suspension
High dispersing power, assists in the removal of unfixed dyes during the post-scouring of dyed and printed articles
Highly soluble, can be added to process baths at all temperatures
