AEGIS®  is based on an antimicrobial technology that’s been proven to be a safe and effective way to eliminate odour-causing bacteria for more than 30 years.

  • The active ingredient in AEGIS® forms a colourless, odourless, positively charged polymer that molecularly bonds to the treated surface.
  • Can be pad applied during the normal manufacturing process.
  • Cationic action eliminates microbes that cause odour, stains and deterioration.
  • Applications include polyester, polyester-blends, fleece, insulation, fiberfill, foam, leather and synthetic leather.
  • Readily breaks down in the environment to basic, naturally occurring materials like water, silicon dioxide (sand) and carbon dioxide.

Non-biocidal odour capture finish for fabrics and fibers.

  • SCENTRY® forms a protective barrier on fabrics that traps body odour preventing apparel from giving off an offensive smell during wear and between washings. During laundering, the patent-pending technology releases trapped odours, allowing them to be rinsed clear of the fabric.
  • SCENTRY® eliminates one of consumers’ major complaints about synthetic fabrics, it extends the useful life of clothing, increasing its value to consumers and enabling brands to command premium pricing for Scentry®-enhanced apparel.
  • The Non-antimicrobial solution reduces odours by >90% after more than 50 typical home launderings.
  • Forms a protective barrier on polyester, spandex, nylon and polyester-elastane blends.
  • Designed to work alone or combined with other Microban antimicrobial technologies (SILVERSHIELD®, AEGIS®, and ZPTECH®) to provide 360° odour control, by capturing odour and preventing the bacteria that causes odour.

Silvershield R73500-030

SILVERSHIELD® technology reduces odour-causing bacteria in textiles effectively without sacrificing durability or longevity.

  • Microban SILVERSHIELD® provides the natural antimicrobial power of silver.
  • Can be pad applied during the normal manufacturing process.
  • SILVERSHIELD® is compatible with textile dyeing and finishing processes excellent wash fastness.
  • Applications include Cotton, poly-cotton blends, polyester, nylon.
  • Studies have shown that silver does not negatively impact naturally occurring skin flora of individuals that wear silver treated garments, but only reduces odour causing bacteria that are being transferred to garments during normal wear.

ZPTECH Z06 R30700-480

Delivered in a liquid dispersion, ZPTECH® antibacterial and antifungal technology is highly effective against body odours caused by odour generating bacteria, as well as by mold, mildew and other fungi.

  • Microban ZPTECH®  inhibits the growth of microorganisms that can lead to product deterioration.
  • It can be exhaust applied to the fabric during the normal manufacturing process and no additional steps are required.
  • ZPTECH® is compatible with auxiliaries. Works well with moisture management, repellents and softeners.
  • Applications include polyester, polyester-cotton blends, polyester-elastane blends, nylon and poly-urethane foam.
  • In testing,  Microban ZPTECH® remained effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria after 50 or more typical home launderings.
