Universal low foaming dispersing agent and fastness improver for the continuous and discontinuous aftertreatment of dyed and printed materials

TANAPAL® M-RE
Mineral based post-scouring agent to wash off unfixed, hydrolysed reactive dyes
- Improves the wet-fastnesses of reactive dyeings and prints
- Mainly suitable for Jet-, and Overflow dyeing machines
- Low chemical oxygen demand COD
- Environmental friendly
- Effective already in low concentrations 0.3-0.8 g/l
TANAPAL® RE
After soaping agent for dyeings and prints with reactive dyes.
Very good removal of substantive dye hydrolysate. Suitable for post-scouring loose stock, yarn, wovens & knitted fabrics. Suitable for use on all common units, e.g. winch becks, circulating liquor units and jets, very good dispersing powder.
TANAPUR™ VELLUTO
Special polyurethane finishing agent, able to provide unique handle effects and moisture management properties to textiles.
EXCELLENT HANDLE EFFECTS
Creates luxurious, smooth handle effects, improving drape. Excellent choice for raised fabrics, providing a smooth and even appearance.
MOISTURE MANAGEMENT
Due to its hydrophilic character, the treated article has improved moisture absorption and faster evaporation. Providing comfort to the wearer.
TANAPUR™ ONE
Soft and flexible self-crosslinking polyurethane to upgrade the quality of your textiles.
- Fine distribution over and penetration into the fabric
- Yields durable hydrophilic finishes on all fibres
- Improves abrasion resistance
- Suitable in pre-treatment processes to protect the fabric during wet processes
- Is over-dyeable
TANASPERSE® MDA 01
Dispersing agent with higher buffering capacity for desizing synthetic fibers.
- Removes polyester and acrylic sizes under the same conditions so a fresh bath is not required
- Excellent soil bonding capacity
- Strong buffering capacity for the right to desize PES and Acrylates sizes
- Excellent hardness dispersing capacity
TANASPERSE® OLG-N
Special auxiliary to prevent the formation of oligomer crystals.
- Oligomer dispersant for use of high temperature dyeing of polyester fibres
- Excellent dispersing power
- Reduce white deposits of oligomers on polyester fibre and dyeing unit
- Effective cleaning of soiled machines
- Improves the running properties of loose stocks or tops in subsequent processing steps
TANAVOL™ DAP
TANAVOL® DAP is an effective, odourless diffusion accelerator with low volatility. The product is well suitable for the dyeing of polyester/wool blends improving the reservation of the wool by the disperse dyes. TANAVOL DAP can be applied in all stages of processing in jets and circulating liquor machines and is well suitable for the dyeing of polyester fibres in tightly wound or high density package.

TANEDE® LR
Liquid reducing agent for reductive clearing of dyeings and prints on polyester
- Very effective within a wide pH range from 6-14
- Can be used for reductive bleaching of PAC/CEL; wool; polyamide and PA/Elastane
- No oxidative decomposition during storage
- Suitable for automatic dosing equipments
- Easy to handle and no dusting
TANEDE® MIP 01
Migration inhibitor for use in thermosol dyeing of Polyester and Polyester/cellulose blends.
For continuous dyeing of polyester with disperse dyes. Pad dyeing of polyester/cellulose blends with disperse and vat, reactive or direct dyes. For continuous dyeing of pigments.
Prevents dye migration on the drying substrate. Improves surface levelness of the goods. Does not cause deposists on guide rollers in drying and thermosol equipment. Easy to wash out, hence no impair handle.
