AVOLAN® SN
Versatile levelling agent for dyeing of wool.
Levelling agent for dyeing wool with acid, chrome and 1:1 metal-complex and sulfonated 1:2 metal-complex dyes with affinity to dyes and fibres. Promotes migration of the dyes; improves levelling powder for fibre and surface levelling as well as penetration of the dyes. Very effective on tippy wool, levels barriness caused by differences in affinity. Low-foaming.
PROTOREZ™ FFO 01
Odourless non-formaldehyde resin for the easy-care and wrinkle free finish of cellulosics and their blends with synthetic fibres.
Contains no formaldehyde and does not release any formaldehyde. Gives good fabric performance, without causing the strenght losses as formaldehyde resins. Gives good, supple handle to fabrics. Can be used in pre-cure, post-cure and garment finishing. When used on Tencel, this keeps its peachskin character. Meets the EU-Ecolabel requirements.
BAYPROTECT® DSR 01
A fine-dispersed finishing agent to prevent dry soil from binding onto fibres, yielding clean fabrics
- Prevents dry soil from binding to the fibres
- Basically resistant to washing, dry-cleaning and mechanical abrasion
- Applicable on apparel fabrics, upholstery, carpets and other household textiles
Qi-tex®
Noval mineral based functional finishing agent to upgrade and stabilizing the human internal energy balance.
Blend of selected minerals in a polymeric binder-matrix. Effective in stabilizing the internal energy balance of the human body by reflecting FIR radiation. Provides a feeling of well-being. Soft handle finish. Wash permanent at 40 °C. Binder-matrix is highly abrasion resistant.
FIBERMATE™ CW
Wet waxing agent and stitch lubricant for cotton knitwear. Also suitable for he treatment of bleached, fluorescent whitened and dyed yarns made of wool, cellulosics, synthetics and blends of these fibres.
- Excellent reduction of thread-to-metal and thread-to-thread friction
- Good abrasion resistance
- Stable in pressure driers
- FIBERMATE CW can be applied on all units normally used to dye yarn
TANAPAL® DRC
Universal low foaming dispersing agent and fastness improver for the continuous and discontinuous aftertreatment of dyed and printed materials
- Excellent dispersing action
- Very good removal of unfixed dyestuffs
- Dyestuffs are not redeposited onto the printed ground
- Removes staining of disperse dyes on the cellulosic fibres of polyester/cellulosic blends without the need of hydrosulphite treatments
- Guarantees optimum light-, washing- and rub fastness as well as tonal clarity
TANAPAL® M-RE
Mineral based post-scouring agent to wash off unfixed, hydrolysed reactive dyes
- Improves the wet-fastnesses of reactive dyeings and prints
- Mainly suitable for Jet-, and Overflow dyeing machines
- Low chemical oxygen demand COD
- Environmental friendly
- Effective already in low concentrations 0.3-0.8 g/l
TANAPAL® RE
After soaping agent for dyeings and prints with reactive dyes.
Very good removal of substantive dye hydrolysate. Suitable for post-scouring loose stock, yarn, wovens & knitted fabrics. Suitable for use on all common units, e.g. winch becks, circulating liquor units and jets, very good dispersing powder.
