AVOLAN® SN
Versatile levelling agent for dyeing of wool.
Levelling agent for dyeing wool with acid, chrome and 1:1 metal-complex and sulfonated 1:2 metal-complex dyes with affinity to dyes and fibres. Promotes migration of the dyes; improves levelling powder for fibre and surface levelling as well as penetration of the dyes. Very effective on tippy wool, levels barriness caused by differences in affinity. Low-foaming.
PROTOREZ™ FFO 01
Odourless non-formaldehyde resin for the easy-care and wrinkle free finish of cellulosics and their blends with synthetic fibres.
Contains no formaldehyde and does not release any formaldehyde. Gives good fabric performance, without causing the strenght losses as formaldehyde resins. Gives good, supple handle to fabrics. Can be used in pre-cure, post-cure and garment finishing. When used on Tencel, this keeps its peachskin character. Meets the EU-Ecolabel requirements.
BAYPROTECT® DSR 01
A fine-dispersed finishing agent to prevent dry soil from binding onto fibres, yielding clean fabrics
- Prevents dry soil from binding to the fibres
- Basically resistant to washing, dry-cleaning and mechanical abrasion
- Applicable on apparel fabrics, upholstery, carpets and other household textiles
Qi-tex®
Noval mineral based functional finishing agent to upgrade and stabilizing the human internal energy balance.
Blend of selected minerals in a polymeric binder-matrix. Effective in stabilizing the internal energy balance of the human body by reflecting FIR radiation. Provides a feeling of well-being. Soft handle finish. Wash permanent at 40 °C. Binder-matrix is highly abrasion resistant.
FIBERMATE™ CW
Wet waxing agent and stitch lubricant for cotton knitwear. Also suitable for he treatment of bleached, fluorescent whitened and dyed yarns made of wool, cellulosics, synthetics and blends of these fibres.
- Excellent reduction of thread-to-metal and thread-to-thread friction
- Good abrasion resistance
- Stable in pressure driers
- FIBERMATE CW can be applied on all units normally used to dye yarn
TANADYE® PSD
Auxiliary for one-bath scouring and dyeing of polyester fibres and its blends under HT conditions.
Scouring and emulsifying properties for removing spinning preparations, oils, silicone oils and other impurities. Improves the diffusion of the dyestuffs. Fostering the levelling properties of the dyeing. Low-foaming. APEO free.
LEVEGAL® SER 01
Levelling and reserving agent for dyeing of polyamide fibres and polyamide/wool blends.
Anionic levelling agent with strong affinity to the polyamide fibre. Very good levelling of dyes on polyamide fibre with tendency to bariness. Dyeing of wool/polyamide with sulfonated dyes. Excellent reserving effect of the polyamide fibre within the polyamide/wool blend.
LEVEGAL® PA 2F
Levelling agent with duplex function for use in dyeing of polyamide fibres providing both affinity for dyes and for fibres.
Strong affinity to the polyamide fibres. Level-out of fibre baribness caused by structual differences within the polyamide fibre. Controls the strike rate of the dyes leading to a more level dyeing.
LEVEGAL® FTSK-E
Highly concentrated levelling agent for the use in dyeing of polyamide fibres with acid and 1:2 metal-complex dyes.
Levelling agent with affinity to dyes and polyamide fibre. Reducing the strike rate of the dyes leading to a more uniform dye uptake. Synchronising the dyes during uptake leading to an optimal levelness of the dyeing.
LEVEGAL® ED
Levelling agent with affinity to the dye suitable for the dyeing of cellulosics with direct dyes.
Excellent levelling effect even with dyes and substrates with high affinity. Very level retarding of direct dyes and positive influence on the combinability of dyes. Low-foaming.
MESITOL® AS
Auxiliary to improve the wet fastness of polyamide fibres. Reserving agent for dyeing polyamide/wool blends.
Stable to acid. Low foaming. Reserves PA fibres from direct dyes in one-bath dyeing with CEL fibres. Does not impair light fastness. Improves the wet fastness of dyeings on PA with all common dye classes. Use in resist printing, especially printing of PA carpets. Not sensitive to residual lubricants on the goods.
